Meta vs Bloomberg New Grad offer

I am international student and from non-backlog country (green card no waiting time). But I’m still necessary to start from the PERM and I-140/485 process.

The following is my two offer:

Meta - Menlo Park
Base 129k
Stock 150k / 4yrs
Sign on 50k

Bloomberg - New York

I heard that Meta’s stock just crashed, do you think it’s a good timing to join? I’m pretty afraid that the tanking stock price would impact the whole company.

Also, I’m pretty concerned about the PERM process at Meta. It has been 3 months since the settlement, but no one got approval afaik.
