How is Robinhood internally handling the stock drop?

I’m curious how RH is handling the recent ~70% from ATH drop internally. Have there been additional impact grants or retention grants given out? Have the initial stock grants for those that joined a few months ago at the 26B internal valuation been revised?

I’m interested in engineer attrition and long-term success as a function of post-IPO drops, especially drops that fall beneath internal 409A valuations. I recall Snap gave out large retention grants when in a similar bucket in late 2018, but Facebook in 2012 did not.
