stuck in amazon recycle
i had my Amazon onsite loop a month ago, wasnt a good match for the specific role. however i was a good amazon fit. recruiter asked me if they’d like my resume to be forwarded to another recruiter dealing in more suitable roles for me. ive tried to follow up for three weeks but havent heard back. am i being ghosted? im fine with being ghosted, but is there any way to tell if the cool off period applies to me? or whether if this recruiter is owning my profile and other recruiters at amazon cant access it? i ask because ive applied to quite a few other roles and no one has gotten back to me.
Amazon recruiters suck. Due to high turnover because of all the pipping we do around here.

they probably entered mediocre feedback and now you're in a pile of other people with mediocre feedback that someone might or might not pick up when they're out of people who aced the loop
