I got an offer from hotels.com for 170k base, 30k sign on and 17.5% bonus of base. The weird thing is that the job posting said Head of Strategic Partnerhsips responsible for all of North America, but recruiter said internally the position is a Sr. Manager only! š³
So they want you to do the job of a director but pay sr. manager salary. Expedia and travel industry folks, how does this offer look?

Perks are standardāemployee shuttle to office, free snacks and gym membership. No free hotel bookings lol and thatās not realistic. Also Expedia office moving to inconvenient location in Seattle.
