Google is place where you can spend a lot of years and not get bored. The variety of work there is incredible. Adobe not so much

At G refreshers are pretty much guaranteed unless you get NIs whereas Adobe you potentially don't get any based on performance/org.
Have you tried negotiating already?
They think they can just get away with not paying market rate because “I’m Google”.
If this is SWE, go for Google instead
