I use it as an interviewer. It’s great., although after about a dozen interviews, I’ve only found two people I thought stood a chance in an actual interview.

In general, new grads have no idea how to write object oriented code, while industry people have no idea how to use arrays.

    • That's why they use that website. If they were acing interviews they wouldn't need it :) And sadly new grad interviews very rarely test OOP skills, so they don't need to know it. Then they arrive on the job and make bad PRs because of that. Interviewers prefer to ask 4 different 45min leetcode questions instead of 3 leetcode questions and one OOP question.

I have used it from the other side and it's not a particularly good source of candidates. People go there for preparing and 8/10 are pretty pathetic. As an interviewer it gets very boring.

These guys should partner with a top tier service like Interview Kickstart to get their candidates prepared first.

    Yeah I've been using it!

Just apply to be on the waitlist and fill out whatever info they want from you and you should get in. I think I got in in less than a week (was expecting a lot more time).

I tried triplebyte. It wasn't a great experience as a mobile dev (their interview skews towards back-end knowledge). Issue is you only get one interview with them and you're done, whether you pass or fail.
