Leaving Company Using up Insurance

I plan to leave Amazon in the next month. If I make sure to use up my Vision benefits and Dental cleaning is there a possibility that if the company bills the insurance too late I will have to pay out of pocket?

Let’s say my last day is April 29 and I buy glasses on April 24 is there any potential things I should worry about if for example the vision company doesn’t bill the insurance until May 1st?
