What schools are the best choice for Ph.D. in Bioengineering?

Got a chance to pursue Ph.D in Bioengineering, research on bio-robotics and computing. What would be the ideal school?

I am inclined for MIT and Caltech because of great faculty. I wanted to know your thoughts.
