I've interviewed with nvidia twice now in the last 2years, inspite of giving excellent interviews for phone screen, I was rejected both times. Can't seem to figure out what the issue might be. Mailed recruiter last week for feedback, she refused to share it suggesting company policy to not to share it. Its really frustrating and demeaning. This time my online application status changed to rejected within 10 min of completion of 2nd round.
I have official mail ids for both my interviewers, should I just email them and ask for a feedback? Will it cause any issue in future if I interview with a different team?
Really appreciate any insights into this.

The process could be very subjective apart from your skills a lot depends on your luck and team requirements.
Also for senior roles, questions will be around job requirement than your resume.
Asking questions related to job requirements is waste of time for candidate ,if that particular requirement does not match his resume. It's called interviewing for rejecting, instead of interviewing for selecting. Grow up cya.
Interviews are very subjective, and it varies by team.
I just told you how we do it in my team.
Grow up and learn to move on, instead of beating a dead horse.
It's entirely possible that you gave a technically right answer but they just don't like your demeanor. I've rejected people for that multiple times.
My manager told me that one of the six interviewers for the first position had different opinions and that's why I was denied by that role. Sounds like you'll have to get a score of 3 or above for EACH round then you'll get hired.
Also, interviewer expected text book answers and definitions. At that time I thought it was just my luck.
