Marvell job grade question
Hi All, Expecting an offer from Marvell next week. Recruiter informed that the feedback is positive. I haven’t discussed the numbers yet. I wanted to know what is the expected TC for Marvell. And for 8 yoe what job grade I should expect? I am in physical design domain #hardware #semiconductor 8. Yoe 180k tc

How long do Marvell take to get back ?
Can I ask the reason behind going to Marvell from intel? I worked in Marvell for 5 years before Intel. There is a constant threat of layoffs over there. Every other week there were few people that were axed. Never had peace of mind. Intel is lot better than Marvell in every aspects. If you want to leave Intel, then go to a FAANG.
Just hoping a better tc and better work. Currently the work situation for me is stagnant and too many people in team due for promotion so I don’t see myself going anywhere in next 1-2 years. Also I heard the same about mrvl under old management but there are mixed reviews about new management. I hope some one from Marvell can give some insight

Did hear about new management changing things under new ceo. Can someone from Marvell reply? Also op how long did Marvell take to revert with results?
I am yet to hear back about final offer and numbers but recruiter got back to me in 2 days with initial thoughts

I joined Marvell through acquisition so the TC is way higher than norm due to stock appreciation New management is great
