Wanted to know if anyone here on Blind has an experience with Corporate Immigration Partners (CIP) for their H1B transfer process.
I have been offered a job at NextRoll (non SWE) and the immigration lawyers reached out to me on 07/09 to upload all the documents on their portal. I filled the forms and uploaded all the required documents on the same day.
Wanted to know how would the H1B transfer timeline look like so that I can plan my move accordingly.
Current TC = $95,000
New TC = $225,000

What timeframe did the immigration team give you? I was recently told by a recruiter that itβs taking 10-12 weeks for a complete transfer process.
Also the 10-12 week timeframe is super steep. Probably common with Fragoman and the likes?
