I am having offers from Cars24, Zeta and Cleartax.
I am currently working in a product based MNC with 3.9 YOE and offered senior software engineer/SDE 2 role in all three companies.

Cars24:
Base: 40 LPA
ESOPs : 10L over 4 years
Stock vesting : 1st year 25% , Rest Quarterly over next 3 years

Cleartax:
Base: 35 LPA
Joining Bonus : 3 L
Stocks: 25L over 4 years
Stock vesting : 1st year 25% , Rest Quarterly over next 3 years

Zeta :
Base : 35LPA
FirstYearBonus : 5L
SecondYearBonus : 5L
Stocks: 17.8L over 4 year
Stock vesting : 10% , 20%, 30%, 40%

Please help me in deciding which company to join and reasons for your suggestion in comments.
