Base is solid and within range. You should negotiate to get more stocks.
How far do you think they would be willing to negotiate .?
Best case they might go up by 20K(4 year vest). Stock price is all time low now, so your value could double once storage industry gets into an allocation supply environment. Hopefully by end of 2019.
