Been on the new job hunt journey for the last few weeks and so far haven’t made it past phone technical rounds and take home tests as either buckled down under stress or getting beat out by other candidates. I know it’s going to take practice to do interviews but can’t help but feel a bit discouraged. On the studying and LC train right now and will keep chugging along. Have quite a few more interviews but always hard to know if I’m ready for them without just going for it. Not sure what I’m looking for, I guess just some encouragement! Thanks y’all for listening to my sadness dump.

If you feel like you didn’t do well then take notes and keep on improving. Knowledge compounds over time and you will guarantee to get better. I am 💯 sure you will nail multiple interviews down the road.
Best of luck!
It’s just hard, remind yourself why you’re doing it and power through.
