Working at Virgin Orbit?
Spotted a perfectly aligned role at Virgin Orbit but have no clue about the culture, wlb, long-term viability, etc. Anyone familiar or work there? TC: $450k
I did not know Virgin orbit pays more than 450k TC. Assuming you don't want to take a pay cut to go to VO

VO has a work culture that is like a bastard child offspring of Boeing and Spacex. Crunch time 24/7, with boeing pay (benefits were decent though), spacex drama, boeing bs bureaucracy culture.
Multiple hires who came to VO from SpaceX say launch crunch is worse than at SpaceX. The company knows overworking people squeezes more productivity out in the short term and is okay with the churn
