People say if you stay long time at yahoo it's gonna look bad on your resume, is that really true? What is the real factor of leaving your current job, I'm very happy at yahoo, I like the team, the work I'm doing, the culture, the people, everything is amazing." Now, that most of them cashed out their RSUs, they left!
Frankly speaking, most, if not all, of the good great talent left, and those who are still there are either waiting for their RSUs to vest (they got a lot of it) or are too stupid they couldn't find a better job!
Lastly, without exaggeration, 90% of people (at least engineering folks) are thinking of leaving (even the stupid ones)
Please don't make things look better than they really are, don't be fools and don't fool others!
