Is "From the River to the Sea" So Wrong?
In my job i am working as RoR dev and i am comfortable with rails as a framework but not with ruby. I am still more comfortable in c++>java>ruby. I am looking for switching into MAANG level companies. I am confused with which language(java/python/goLang/c++.) to pick for DSA/Machine rounds which will increase my chance for selection. I see not many tutorials for machine coding/LLD are there in ruby/c++ and moreover c++ does not have a popular framework, i need to be better with LLD. Experienced people please give your advise on picking a new language which i should pick for interviews and which will be helpful in switching the job. #software #swe #google #meta #adobe
Try kotlin. Looks like Java(so interviewer can understand it) but has far better standard library and language constructs which makes it very quick and intuitive during coding rounds
Although language in interviews doesn't really matter, Java is widely accepted and can be your choice of language since you already are using it, C++ works for coding rounds as long as you're able to write clean and descriptive code with it.
thanks for your advise.
