https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/ThoughtSpot-Reviews-E818996.htm
- There are ten or more 5 star reviews in 72h window starting around 10/4/2019 including one that’s a copy-and-paste
- Seven 5-star reviews in 48h starting 11/6/2016
- Three 5-star reviews on 11/1/2018
- Numerous other periods of similar-sounding authors writing 5 star reviews posted within days or a week of each other over this company’s entire lifespan
- None of these 5 star reviews ever has a single idea for improving the company
The only reviews that sound honest are the critical ones.

How to Spot a Fake Glassdoor Review:
https://www.inc.com/suzanne-lucas/how-to-spot-a-fake-glassdoor-review.html
If a company’s employees are posting fake or coerced reviews then it tells you everything you need to know about their culture.
However; planted posts is a patently false accusation and more of a baseless hit on the culture than a substantiated claim.
If you look at their reviews, like most companies, there are both positive and negative reviews, but largely, positive and that clearly makes people on here upset.
I'm not in management, have worked at ThoughtSpot for 3 years, and have never once been asked to write a review, being and likely written by one of the many companies ThoughtSpot has displaced. Sales culture was not great due to executive turnover, but I've not heard the same from any other department.
