2020 is going to be no bueno for Toast sales org... expect mass exodus. Internal org structure and pay are untenable. make sure to ask in the interview process how equity and commission are paid out then run for the hills...

      Point here is not to bash a company. My point is that an IPO is zero indication of a company's health (and especially valuation) at this point.
