Just got a email from an Amazon recruiter that said I moved past to the phone screening stage. Anyone have any tips for this? I’m going to do my due diligence and research on my own, but always welcome outside advice.

Thank you!

Write down and memorize 1-2 examples for each leadership principle in the STAR method. Non-tech interviews are easy and mainly behavioral questions around Amazon’s leadership principles.

Research compensation and negotiate since this will be your comp for the next 4 years unless you’re promoted.

Talk about prior sales experience and practice LP questions. Even if you example of customer obsession was working at the school library, it will be ok.

You’re a fresh grad so they don’t expect much, but they want LP’s at least.

I’m a college student and for my interview I made a good google doc with the most common behavioral questions (there’s a guy on YouTube who makes vids specifically for Amazon questions), then made sure I referenced/ included multiple LP in each anecdote. Every question tests a specific LP
