Rubrik vs Harness ?

I have got offers from Rubrik and Harness both.
I am actually confused which one to go for.

Rubrik: G5, TC: 33(base) + 3.3(performance bonus) + 3 (joining bonus) + 20(4600 RSU @23.55$ vesting over 4 years) = 60 LPA

Harness: Senior Software Engineer, TC: 32(base) + 3(performance bonus) + 5 (1st and 13 month) + 7(12000 ESOPs @ 3$ vesting over 4 years) = 47 LPA

Figures are in lakhs

I am looking for good work, more learnings and knowledgeable peers.

Guys from #Rubrik and #Harness please help out.

YOE: 2.1
Current TC: 15.4(base) + 2.22(yearly bonus) + 3(Retention Reward with claw back) = 20.5 LPA
