transfer to audible from amazon
how does this process work? i have family near the newark office, so the transfer would be nice. is it an entire interview cycle? does tc stay the same/ rsus? currently sde2 at amazon seattle office i posted in the amazon lounge, but i realized there’s no audible people there #audible #amazon
It’s a major down step and newark is a forgotten wasteland if you are moving to the eastcoast and work for a fang go to another fang in nyc
FYI Audible is owned by Amazon
Audible has better perks like free food
I've heard it is pretty difficult as the recruiting process/ offer package is different for Amazon and Audible. I am also wanting to move from AWS to Audible.
You will have to go through the loops but you will be likely to get a very small bump in salary
