    I interviewed there about a year ago.. Didn't you get the sense they were weirdos? Idk I got a really weird vibe from everyone.

    I talked to one of their Director of Engineering for a position in his team. 30 mins intro call felt like 5 hours. I got the vibe that they have culture of bosses instead of leaders, a lot uses of words like- I will allow you, I will let you, I don't like xyz.

    I did not move forward with interviews considering I wouldn't be happy working for a leader who would think they are allowing me to have autonomy.

    Later, I moved to different company and interviewed a few people from LP for positions in my team, bad culture was one of the reasons they mentioned for job change.
