Been over an year at Splunk. What's the process of changing teams. Will my current manager know and block my transfer or make my life harder. I can go through the interview process again but don't need any bias or drama

Find out an open req then talk to the HM to decide initial fit. The process differs after that from team to team, but if you gel with the HM that's all that matters.
