Have a couple of offers, Nest and LinkedIn being my top picks, LinkedIn is offering a Senior and a 270 - 290 TC, Nest is offering an L4 with 150k base, 15% target cash bonus (15-25% range) and around 300k stocks, no sign on
Now, it's fairly easy to calculate LinkedIn TC, their cash bonus is 10% annually and no RSU refresh, so the range i provided is 1.1*base + signon/4 + rsu/4
No idea how to estimate Nest RSU refreshers, recruiter says Nest == Google in terms of benefits and RSU refreshes are exactly the same
Different blind posts mention L4 refreshers to be ~60k for meets (30%) and above that for exceeds, but some people say it depends on the org and the manager (wtf?)
Googlers/Nesters, can you please help to eval this Nest offer and help to estimate the RSU refresh target?
With the new products launch and integration into Google they sound like a decent gig, I also liked the team, but don't want to accept if the refreshers are in 10% base range since it's a massive cut compared to LinkedIn
Also, which one is better for the future career / growth? Would you just pick LinkedIn or is there anything appealing about Nest?
@Nest @Google @LinkedIn
