Nordstrom Vs Grab offer

I have offers from both Nordstrom & Grab. Numbers are almost same . Nordstrom is bit more on base and Grab is more on RSU’s. Any pointers/ suggestions that might help me to make a move will be extremely helpful.

TC or GTFO. Grab is more exciting. They are having a lot of trouble hiring so you should ask them to match the base salary.

If they can match RSU from pre IPO company, they must have give a great offer.

Grab RSU offers are pretty low for pre ipo. Definitely can’t compete with Uber or lyft despite being the same type of company.
