TIA ๐
I have started the very first step in their interviewing process for a position on the direct marketing team for an analytics based role. Curious what I shlould be preparing myself for in the coming weeks if I am selected, since Iโve heard getting into Nike is comparable to breaking into a fortress.

Finally, and donโt fuck this up: dress into Nike running gear for your onsite.
But maybe one thing stands valid: German stuff is forbidden XD
Attire including accessories (bags, etc) brand neutral. Either complete fashion or NIKE. (By the way- they capitalize all four letters)
Be ultra prepared with the analytics side- know how to do the job you are interviewing for.
Know how to answer these questions:
Why NIKE?
What do you bring to the table? Whatโs your competitive advantage?
What type of environment helps you flourish?
What is your biggest regret?
Greatest accomplishment?
Biggest weakness?
Have examples of past business situations that show your problem solving, analytical thinking, decision making ability.
Be concise but thorough.
Have a personal connection to the brand.
ASK for the job at the end of the interview.
Be prepared with questions for the interviewer.
(What are they looking for in a candidate? What skills are most important? )
Follow up IMMEDIATELY with a thank you and reiterate why you are the best choice for the role.
IF YOU DONT get hired, ask for feedback- what weโre deciding factors? What can you do to be more qualified for future opportunities.
