Was part of the UberEats layoffs and interviewing with DD soon. Any tips on what to expect from the Strategy & Ops interviews? or generally what the interview rounds look like? Not an ex consultant and so unsure if I should prep myself using Case in Point #doordash #interview

    I just interviewed a received an offer for DD strategy & ops....turned it down for something else but happy to answer questions!

    I applied for an ops role late last year. Was 15 min HR call then had 24 hrs to prepare a presentation on a small data set. Got an email rejection a few days later

  • Iirc.,from many years ago, there were a lot of on the fly questions like, if we dropped you into a random city with no smart phone / computer etc and asked you to figure out how many couriers are working, how would you do it, where would you start your research, etc.. Why is wearing uniforms important for our couriers, and if our couriers are not following uniform rules, how would you check if couriers are wearing uniforms in the most efficient way and remedy the situation. If there was a big initiative to grow order counts for tomorrow, what would you do to make it happen. Etc. Felt like brain teasers but I guess they prob deal with this type of shit
