Salesforce is on hiring spree in India.

Why Salesforce ?
- High ROI - Slightly easier interviews as compared to FAANG. Pay as competitive & in some cases slightly better than FAANG.
- Way less low balled offers unlike Google, Microsoft.
- WLB
- Employee friendly working culture
- Good Benefits - comparable to Microsoft/Adobe.
- ESPP

Why not Salesforce ?
- Tech stack may be good/not good depending on team to team which is true with any other company.
- Worst case you can internally switch to any other team within 6 months of joining.
- Also in another worst case you can switch externally within 1-2 years of joining & enjoy the two time TC jump.

Below are the Levels/YOE/Pay ranges

AMTS (0 - 2 years) - 20 to 30 lakhs
MTS (1 - 4 years) - 30 to 50 lakhs
SMTS / Manager (4 - 8 years) - 50 to 80 lakhs
LMTS / Sr Manager (8 - 15 years) - 80 to 120 lakhs
PMTS / Director (10 - 20 years) - 120 to 170 lakhs
