I will be joining Flexport in Q122. Can anyone shed some light on their WFH policy in light of Omicron? Recruiter had mentioned that they will have a hybrid model in 2022, however, that conversation was pre omicron.
Reason I asking this question is to gather some data points as I have started looking for a house 🏠 as new primary residence. This will have a significant impact on my location choices.
