I feel like most folks on here and levels fyi over report their compensation. TC is a useful metric, but we should also consider the number on your income taxes which is significantly lower than tc on average. Given the vesting schedules (~4 years) and the mean time spent at these companies (~2.6 years), a large fraction of RSUs never vest.

  TC is not salary plus ALL rsu. It is salary + yearly RSU.
