  Please stay away from Exxon. All of the good people have left or are in the process of leaving. The Exxon IT team is being heavily downsized and outsourced to other countries. There is absolutely no future here for tech-oriented careers. I understand that Exxon is your dream company but please don't view the place with rose colored glasses. The culture at Exxon is terrible, so many of my team members have left for Amazon and love it there compared to Exxon.
