I got feedback for my Square interview and it was very confusing. Recruiter said that my interviews went well and he does not have any negative feeback as such except for architectural interview where they had some concerns. She mentioned even though they had some concerns but still it was not a ‘no hire’ performance .
But she told me that the team I was interviewing for found a better candiate suited for specific skills they were looking for but she will pass my interview packet around to see if any other team is interested.
Is it just some suger coated way of rejection by square or is there still some hope? Asking because I really liked the company and had great interview experience with them
