Since a few days, I have read many Blind posts from US discussing that recession has started or recession will begin soon. All such posts indicated that big tech layoffs are round the corner. Being a software developer with ~2YOE and preparing for switch, I am not sure what to make of it.

Could my Indian tech seniors highlight and forecast IT developers market scenario in India for remaining 2022?

Don't jump to a startup with low cash on hand or pre-revenue right now. Samsung will do just fine, if you are risk averse stay there.

Wait for a few (6-9) months and see how things go.

Future of fintech is democratization. A fintech only firm will face tough competition and struggle to make profits beating every other player in the market unless they are well diversified. Given the uncertainty, liquidity constraints in the coming months better to avoid fintechs as they are overvalued and have a high Burn rate right now

Recession is going to come hard in Indian tech industry. We can already see the effects of it in recent Startups layoffs. There is cash crunch overall, so my advise would be to only go for established companies which are market leaders in their area like Samsung, amazon , google. There is going to be bloodbath from June onwards. Whatever high TC you are seeing right now, it will all crash with stock market crash.
