    Look at the firefighting in the reviews on Blind from their management. Looks like a few people are really unhappy there. May be check with someone if any team is worth joining.

      They might be able to beat cash component because they are desperate to hire managers, because very few are willing to join. But if you consider total money in hand each year, U or G offers would much likely be more. Here you’ll get paper money in form of espos with IPO considerably far away.

      Do not take this as one off review, management won't even hear about you, it considers engineers as slaves with no say or opinions, unless you work weekends or late nights you will face lots of issues here
