Atlassian benefits, perks, WLB, pay, churn, etc.

I have seen Grade A reviews for everything but of course you have the trickling bad grades here and there

What do the people think though? I may or may not applying for the sales team soon

    Recently joined atlassian. Sharing my exp:
    Pay: Competitive but not at the level of FAANG(if you look at p90)
    WLB and culture: Exactly as per the image in the industry. Over 4 months here and can confirm both are really good.
    Perks: Decent. You get fitness budget, free food in offices, internet, mobile reimbursement, heathcare insurances which is really good.

    Microsoft is a huge corp but based on discussions with my peers working in microsoft i would say atlassian>>microsoft in comp and wlb

  • Looking to join soon as well. Was attracted to their culture and WLB but heard the comp was lacking a bit compared to market.

    • I joined recently as a product designer. The pay is pretty competitive, for me personally it beat out other companies I interviewed with i.e Uber, Square, Twitter, etc.

      It came close to Meta but a bit off. But that bit is negligible when you consider the leadership, wlb, etc

      I would think it pays more than Amazon and MSFT

  • I finished interviewing Thursday, and they let me know everything was positive. Still waiting to hear back, how long does it take to hear good news? Do they email or call?

      Woohoo! Just got the reply that I’m on to final round! Feedback was very positive. The email says the final round will have 5-6 rounds of interviews, seems like a lot but let’s get it! Is this common? What excellent news to start the weekend
