Thinking atlassian because of better culture and wlb. Both jobs are remote. Would like to enjoy life outside of work.
Would really appreciate any perspective on what's the best move here.

Coinbase is Amazon tier WLB-wise. Atlassian on the other hand is full of rainbows and unicorns. Try to negotiate Atlassian up, but either way take it and ignore the rest of this thread.
Also coinbase equity upside is severely limited, as in a dollar amount is converted into actual shares every year. You don't get a huge chunk of stocks up front which will all go up in value together.
FYI, just know that by choosing Atlassian, you may sacrifice career growth a little. But I'd say if you want to enjoy life, Atlassian wins by a mile
Does Coinbase? Or is it going to be 2-3 COLAs and then having to jump ship to get a raise?
OTOH, we usually don't negotiate on new grad offers (of the direct from college sort, as opposed to in industry recent grads.)
Other zones would be lower but the percent should be the same
Last year the differences between P3 P4 and P5 base grants in the US were fairly substantial and thats about all I can say about it.
