Before joining Adobe I worked only a year in Oracle(Left because my team was mostly in US and most of the meetings I had to attend in nights) and 5yrs in Red hat.
Now I am planning to leave Adobe before completing 1 yr. I know that I have to return joining bonus and leave stocks which is $25k this year. In Adobe work is kind of legacy type of work nothing is there to innovate but wlb is good.
Now I got opportunity in Microsoft Azure data org where growth will be better and lot of things to learn but it is going to hurt wlb. I am not able to conclude what should I do? Please suggest.
Adobe TC : 45L(base and bonus) + $100k/4yrs
Level : CS2 (7yoe)
MS TC is not yet disclosed. Level (L63).

Now having an offer from Azure data governance team. Waiting to hear back the numbers.
I think it's okay to leave since there is a lot of potential to learn and grow. WLB would definitely be hurt, but that is a price we have to pay for our career progression.
First 2 round were HLD, 3rd round was mainly focused on theoretical distributed systems and 4th round was managerial but he asked low level design.
