Does Uber refresh as much stocks as its initial grant? Or do people normally experience a pay cut after the 4th year?
Salesforce has the same problem.
99% of the time - people will leave after they finish vesting their initial grant because the refresh value isn’t of the same caliber. Sometimes it takes 6 months to a year but it’s very common
Need to be promoted once to match initial grant But that’s dumb since you can jump ship to get that level up package. And then jump back(if you want) to get top tc of the new level
