IC5 product marketing (Seattle). $175k cash 15 pc bonus 20k rsu over 4 years. No sign on (!!!). All in $215K.
This is the initial offer, no negotiation yet. But I find the no sign on hard to believe, and my research says that $280k all in for IC5 is doable, based on pay bands, but the recruiter said it's unlikely to go that far
(1) Any advice from fellow meta folks on negotiation tactics?
(2) I'm an M1 in my current role at Wayfair (team of 2). Does meta consider up leveling?
I find it really really strange that meta of all companies I'm interviewing for is being rigid on comp
Current TC (otherwise y'all will ask me to gtfo hah): $230K. The meta role still offers a better trajectory in terms of refreshers/grants
