    Over 50% pay cut for sure. IMO it’s not worth it, I would look into Aus instead (Sydney or Melbourne)

    They can’t allow anyone in unless there’s an effective vaccine because of their strategy. Forget moving there till 2023 and by then the economy which was already small and non competitive would have been decimated

    In NZ it's very hard to get 6 figure salary in NZD. Check seek.co.nz

    Xero is a reputable company and recruiters advertise their salary as competitive to Australian salaries, which is like 120-140k NZD.

    I usually see this type of, oh I need to leave US kind of messages from India. I am not an Indian but the truth is Indian salaries are better than NZ salaries. As there's no tech industry in NZ.

    If you are looking for a massive pay cut but higher salary than India. Your only options are Canada and Switzerland...
