Pretty obvious that Microsoft and Salesforce win out on culture, WLB, and compensation for me. But which company is best for career growth? How long does it typically take to go from L59 -> L61 vs AMTS -> MTS vs L4 -> L5? How would you guys rank the prestige of these companies, is Salesforce apart of FAANGMULA now? Which company would open more doors in the future? How much can I negotiate Microsoft with the other offers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

That said, I’d probably go Salesforce just because of the TC and hop around after 1-2 years, or try to negotiate with the other companies a little more
The number of companies interested in you increases exponentially at amazon vs the others. Just fyi. Ask any recruiter if you don’t believe me
