I answered the recruiter's scheduling request as follows. Then two days passed.
Did I say something wrong, or give too much detail about my other interviews?
Each answer was in response to a direct question.

Let me know if you have any difficulties there?
Correct, XXX-XXX-XXXX is the best number to reach me.
I am not speaking with any other Apple teams. I have one on-site group interview scheduled for Tuesday in San Francisco. Other companies are currently at phone or tech interview stages.
Thanks so much for your help!

It all depends on the team. But that happened to me twice. And the third team was more serious and fast tracked me to onsite at the ring for 2 hours, 2 tech interviews with one eng each. And then a half day of onsite final round, 4 tech interviews, 2 engs/hm per, and lunch with a higher up. Got rejected within 2 business days so at least I didn’t get ghosted.
