    I'm at their competitor in a similar role and I'm at $135k with only 3 YoE. The job description stated $105-125k, but I just asked and got my number.

    I am not in cybersecurity consulting, but am in Strategy Consulting. Senior Associates with 3YoE make 95+k in a MCOL (South). I have a feeling that MC will be somewhat similar.

    3 YOE means you’ll be especially an entry level senior. I’d guess $90-$100k. So Cal COL may inflate those numbers a bit.
