Had my 1st interviews cycle with both companies. The manager of cloudflare ghosted on me after spending a whole weekend finishing an exercise he sent to me after the 1st call. Awful experience . I should have not did the exercise specially I felt he is kinda rude. While fastly gave me the best experience ever. Great recruitment team and great management. Am moving forward with fastly and I hope I will be able to get that job. Wanna hear your feedback on fastly if possible .

      I think it will be the other way around soon. Cloudflare product is really good (I did the excersice with it abx I liked it) but with all the bad feedback about culture (my recruitment process proved that too) i believe fastly will ass it.

  • Unfortunate to hear. My CF experience was extremely wonderful and probably the best interview I’ve ever had in my life.

    Cloudflare recruiting seems way too casual. Not sure what backend system they use but they lose so many candidates and ghost more than a new tinder user.
