Driver bubble for Uber driver?

One of my great friends has been driving a lot for Uber lately. Due to the PANDEMIC, this is his only source of income. I am extremely concerned and scared of getting COVID from him.

I have been doing a lot of research and I found this thing called DRIVER BUBBLE. It's a transparent plastic partition that separates rear seats from the front cabin.

Is this a good idea? I'm afraid it might not be enough, but it's better than nothing? I already advised him to DOUBLE MASK.
