We are printing money and could pay top $ for the right candidate.
But IC6 here is the most senior IC level, very rarely hired from outside.
But don't join Roblox now. I feel the stock has huge downside potential from here. We are just trying to keep the lights on. So don't expect any change in the amount of loss we are incurring. It will only widen.
Figure out what the grant price is before accepting though. The 60 day avg is probably above current fmv.
IC5 is Principal which I assume you refer to as "Staff".
IC6 comp range is similar to technical directors, easily 1M+.
BTW, I have a phd (not sure if that factors into levels)
