I’m an L6 Account Manager at AWS. I’ve been here 4.5 years, had one promo, working on my L7, target this summer. I’ve vested my whole initial grant now have a pittance left to vest. Does AWS re-up folks? Would I need to wait until my 7 to see any dramatic comp increase? Trying to determine whether or not it’s fiscally worth staying anymore.

Just joined AWS as a L5 AM, curious on pay via internal progression.
There is more room in the L6 band for you for sure—if you get a good base bump in reviews, your 2022 comp should go up a decent amount, but your stock seems low. Also, where are you located? That could be a partial factor.
So let's break it down. Top of band L6 is $350k OTE.
To calculate your OTE, take your base + (base x .67) + (rsus vesting between April 1st 2022- March 30, 2023 *$3500). If this is above band, you will get minimal investment even if you are top tier.
OP, you should know this already, but when you get promoted, you go to the bottom of the next band.
So what you haven't answered is where you are in band; if you are hovering around $350k, don't expect much more. At most, your base would raise to the minimal for L7, which is $152k (max is 160k except in SF/NYC).
Also, and you also didn't state this, but are you on quota or MBO?
There isn't much upside to MBO but it's safe. However only if you are on quota and looking at a solid pipeline for next year, then you can hit cap and make upwards of $750k.
Also, OP, I forgot to ask—are you still Inside Sales? Are there many L7 Inside Sales Reps in Globals? I would consider that if you are—if there aren’t a lot (or any) L7s in your org, that could make a promo tough.
