Marvell Semiconductors salary/grade
Hi guys, I am expecting an offer from Marvell in the next few days. Recruiter told me over call that the interview feedback is positive and he/she wanted to discuss the numbers over call. Just wanted to know what TC to expect and what level/grade I should be aiming for. The position is in Post Si validation team, located in Vermont. Current TC: 160k YOE: 2 yrs Edit : Had a discussion with HR. These are the numbers: Level - Staff New TC - 170k (Base-135k, rsu-16k/yr) Any scope for negotiation? #hardware #interview #semiconductor #negotiation

What is the bonus percentage? 10%? Pretty good offer for 2YOE and Burlington. Congrats!
I was asked to be in the office even during the soft launch in Jan. It was "required" even though most of my work was remoting into a server.
Also, for Masters + 2/3 yrs (internal or external work ex), is Staff the default level or is it Senior? I'm confused based on what's there in levels.fyi. Could someone share this info.

I would avoid the company. Very shitty culture. Currently work here and most BU's were asking folks to be in the office during the delta and omicron wave.
Wow, calm down there cowboy. Management has been nothing but supportive during pandemic. If employees had genuine reasons like kids, elders, they could have made a request to wfh. I know my teammates who got it approved. Anyway, they did push the starting date to a later day right.
