The negativity visible on Blind, is old blood that has now been purged! Harness is a pretty exciting place at this point, built by and composed of some really smart engineers, sellers, marketeers. Great opportunity ahead, and the execution is on track, as validated by the recent round of funding and valuation. I would recommend considering Harness seriously, if you are looking for some exciting growth, while working with a smart bunch of people.
Former harness employee here. Every 2 weeks at all hands, they make everyone write a 5* Glassdoor review.
Don't work here. It's a trap.
I know one person who had medical leave, so they found a technicality with their visa and terminated them.
I know another that was abused so badly they now have repeated panic attacks at work. That person has weekly therapy to get through it.
They repeatedly slash bay area engineering positions and rehire for cheaper in India.
The culture is one of "pass the blame" and top-down yelling. One employee didn't finish a task as soon as their boss wanted them to. Pulled this poor person for a one on one. Employee said "I'm working on it". Boss responded "I don't pay you to work. I pay you to deliver"

How is this a bad statement?
